TDS rate chart

Common payments. Section numbers are from the 1961 Act, which most professionals still use as the reference; the Income-tax Act, 2025 consolidates TDS provisions in its section 393 tables. Rows marked * need a fresh check before use.

Where the payee has not given a PAN, TDS is generally at the higher of the normal rate and 20%. Salary TDS (section 192) is computed on the employee's slab rates. Use the TDS calculator to work out a payment.

ROC fees

Filing fees for company and LLP forms depend on the form, the authorised capital and how late the filing is. They are set by the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules and the LLP Rules, and the MCA portal shows the exact fee when you prepare a form. We have not reproduced a fee table here because it is easy to get out of date.
